Problem Statements
In the early stages of the project, I participated in discussions with stakeholders primarily aimed at understanding requirements. I documented discussions that revolved around several key points, such as: How to handle accounts when users no longer maintain them; ensuring users do not miss email reminders; and how to avoid users engaging in lengthy and frequent operations when dealing with a large volume of rules (over 1000).
These discussions were summarized into several main Problem Statements:
- How to ensure that all users complete recertification within the specified window?
- How should we handle the account ownership resignations?
- How to ensure a smooth user experience while meeting compliance and minimizing operational risks?
- How to enable auditors to quickly access reports for each cycle?

“User operations are based on rule-level actions, so what we need is to clearly illustrate the hierarchical relationship between groups and rules. In your proposals, I suggest Option 3 (nested table) which provides a consistent form + review display and may not even need a separate review page.”Alexander, Lim (Client)

“If the user no longer own the account, how would they change the account ownership following the guidance provided by our solution?”Anonymous User

“Recently there are so many rules tagged to my application account and I have to click one by one to recertify all rules. I wonder is there a way to improve the recertification efficiency? Like bulk operation or something.”Radhakrishnan, Murali Krishnan

“So after users have completed all recertification tasks, how can I review my previous actions? In other words, how can users track their past operational records, including times and specific operators?”Should we provide an 'Export' option for the table so that users can generate documentation when sharing with the team?
